Shipping and Returns
Orders under $50 we offer flat rate shipping. Feel free to contact us if you require expedited shipping.

- International USPS - $20.00
- Each additional item add $5.00
We cannot ship orders to a PO Box. If you need to ship to an APO/FPO box, please call Customer Service Toll Free at 855-OUT-SIDE or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to process your items and get them to their respective APO/FPO addresses.
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a receipt of that order. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will provide respective tracking information.
We understand that, although the pictures look great, you cannot touch/feel what you are buying or maybe it is just not what you had in mind. NO WORRIES we've done it! This is why we give you 30 days to decide if it's right for you.
In order to send a return contact us at our Toll Free number 855-OUT-SIDE or by e-mail at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. An RA number is required for returns. After receiving your Return Authorization Code, please send your Think Outside LLC product, your return authorization code, and a copy of your receipt to:

Upon receipt, we will refund the entire amount you paid for the products and original basic shipping charges. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed.
**Please note that items can only be returned if they are in their original-unwashed condition including all tags and your receipt. Refunds will be issued as fast as possible after receipt of your returned item. However, processing may take up to 14 days.
If an exchange is requested, a new order will be placed as you indicate on the Return Form. The exchange order will be charged to the method of payment used on the original order. Standard shipping cost for any exchange is paid by Think-Outside.com.
You may also opt to initiate an exchange through our Customer Service center. You have two options here:
a. Opt for an exchange on the exact same product you originally purchased. We will cover the shipping costs - inbound and outbound-but will ship the exchange only after receipt and processing of the originally returned item.
b. If you would like your exchange item immediately you will be charged for the exchange item, plus shipping. We will promptly refund the cost of that item, plus standard ground shipping, when the originally purchased item is received by us and processed. Please allow up to 14 days to complete this process once the original item has been returned to us.
